This 15-month marketing and promotional journey marked a new way of working for our organisation, and Echo Therapeutics proved to be a highly capable, collaborative, and adaptable partner throughout the journey.

From the outset, the Echo team invested time to truly understand the nuances of each product within the portfolio. They co-created tailored strategies, applied an omni-channel approach based on each brand’s objectives, and maintained close alignment with our global marketing team to ensure consistency and innovation. Their ability to move quickly and refine strategies in-market was a testament to their agility and commitment to results.

Two of the standout successes was their work on the Pain portfolio, with the Naprosyn® Sampling campaign, and the V4U patient support program for Valium®, reaching over 7,000 GPs, which represents around 30% of the national target base.
